# Copy new posts from one account to the others

Pick an account to watch. When it publishes, TrackMedia copies the post to your other accounts, fitted to each network's rules, and holds every copy for your review until you switch that off.

- **Rules that start safe:** New rules start switched off and in review mode. Copies wait as drafts until a person approves them.
- **Fitted to each destination:** Each copy is cut to its destination's length, media and format rules.
- **Every copy goes out once:** Origin marks stop posts bouncing between your accounts, and a retried copy never publishes twice.

## You post in one place and forget the others

- **One network gets all the attention.** You write where you spend your time, and the other accounts go quiet for weeks.
- **Reposting by hand.** Copying a post to four networks means four rounds of trimming, cropping and pasting.
- **Automation you can't trust.** Simple auto-posters copy everything blindly, including posts that make no sense elsewhere.

Crosspost copies each new post to your other accounts in the right format, and lets you approve every copy until you are happy to let it run.

## Who uses crosspost

- **Creators:** Keep posting where you like to write and keep your other accounts active without extra work.
- **Brand marketers:** Mirror one brand account to the others, with a person approving each copy.
- **Agencies:** Set up a rule per client and review every copy before it reaches the client's audience.

## You can see what was copied where

Every rule keeps a history. Each skipped or failed destination gets a row with the reason written in it, so you always know why a copy did not go out.

## Which accounts can be watched

Bluesky can be watched as a source today. Copies can go to any connected account on the networks TrackMedia publishes to.

## How it works

1. **Pick the account to watch.** Choose the source account and the destinations.
2. **Start in review mode.** Each copy waits as a draft for you to approve.
3. **Switch to automatic.** When the copies look right, let them publish on their own.

## Questions

### Which network can be the source?

Bluesky can be watched as a source today.

### Will it copy my old posts?

No. Only posts published after the rule is switched on are copied.

### Can a copy go out without me seeing it?

Only if you choose automatic posting. New rules start in review mode, where every copy waits as a draft.

### What if a post doesn't fit a destination?

The copy is fitted to the destination's rules. If it still cannot go out, the rule's history records the reason.

### Can the assistant set up a rule for me?

Yes. Say "when I post on Bluesky, copy it to LinkedIn" and it proposes the rule as a card for you to turn on.
