# Write one post and publish it to 21 networks

Write the post once. TrackMedia makes a version for each network with its own length, crop and format, checks it against that network's rules while you type, and publishes it on time.

- **A version for each network:** One master draft fans out with every limit, crop and preview applied. Edit only the versions that need it.
- **Checked while you write:** Character limits, aspect ratios, video codecs and platform rules are checked as you type, hours before the post is due.
- **Every post format:** Threads, carousels, first comments, alt text and link cards, written once and fitted to each network.

## Posting the same thing five times eats the morning

- **Copy, paste, reformat, repeat.** Each network wants a different length, image shape and link format, so one announcement becomes five jobs.
- **Rejected at the last minute.** A video in the wrong codec or a caption 32 characters too long fails at 9:00, when nobody is watching.
- **Five apps, five logins.** Every network has its own composer, and none of them shows you what the others will publish.

TrackMedia turns one draft into a correct post for every network and tells you about problems while there is still time to fix them.

## Who uses publishing

- **Creators:** Turn one video, newsletter or episode into a week of posts on every network you use, without rewriting it for each one.
- **Brand marketers:** Ship a launch to LinkedIn, Instagram, X and Threads at the same minute, each in the right format.
- **Agencies:** Publish for each client from its own workspace, with every version checked before the client sees it go live.

## Each network gets the post it expects

A post that fits LinkedIn is too long for X and the wrong shape for Instagram. The composer shows every version side by side, so you see exactly what each network will publish.

Long text becomes a thread where a network allows one, images are cropped to the ratio each network wants, and you can still edit any single version by hand.

- Text trimmed, or split into a thread, per network
- Images cropped to 4:5, 1:1 or 9:16 where a network requires it
- A first comment for the link on networks that hide links in captions
- Alt text written once and sent to every network that supports it

## Preflight catches problems hours early

Every version is checked against its network's rules as you type: length, number of images, aspect ratio, video length and codec, and the post types an account is allowed to publish.

When something is wrong, the check says what and offers a fix where there is one, such as splitting a long post into a thread or trimming 32 characters.

## Mention people once

Type @ and pick the account. TrackMedia writes the right handle on each network and warns you where a network cannot link a mention.

## How it works

1. **Connect your accounts.** Sign in to each network once. All 21 are included in every plan.
2. **Write one draft.** Add text, images or video, mentions and a link. Each network gets its own version.
3. **Fix what preflight flags.** Anything a network would refuse is marked before you schedule, with a fix where there is one.
4. **Publish or schedule.** Send it now, pick a time or drop it into a queue slot.

## Questions

### Which networks can I publish to?

All 21: Bluesky, Mastodon, LinkedIn, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, Pinterest, Reddit, Telegram, Discord, Slack, Tumblr, DEV, Nostr, Lemmy, Google Business Profile, Substack Notes and RSS.

### Can I edit one network's version without changing the others?

Yes. Each version starts from the master draft, and any version you edit by hand keeps your changes.

### Does it post carousels and threads?

Yes. Carousels go to the networks that support them, and long text is split into a thread where a network allows threads.

### Can I add a first comment?

Yes, on the networks that support one. It is a common place for a link on networks that do not make links in captions clickable.

### What happens if a post cannot publish?

Preflight checks catch most problems while you write. If a network still refuses a post, it is retried where that can help, and the post's status timeline shows the network's own reason.

### Is there a limit on how many posts I can publish?

Paid plans have unlimited posts within normal use, and the free plan has 15 a month. Each network also applies its own limits, and the composer shows them.
